Bob & Gwyn Picerne
CEO/Executive Director & President

Bob & Gwyn Picerne began Embraced by Grace, Inc. in 2006 after their own experience in the adoption process left them wanting to make adoption accessible and affordable for other families. Together they have two biological children and eleven adopted children. Bob has a degree from Brown University and, as CEO, charts the direction of the agency and serves as chairman of the board of directors. Gwyn provides the vision and heart for the work as she leads the agency staff.

David Wooten

Senior Vice President 

David provides management of the staff team. He coordinates the daily work of the agency. In addition, David helps to raise funds for the adoption agency and other non-profit endeavors. He works with adopting families to find ways to make adoption affordable including oversight of the Tabitha Fund, an interest-free loan for adopting families that is unique to Embraced by Grace, Inc. He is responsible for building the agency’s partnership with area churches. He served as a pastor for 24 years and has a master’s degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves on the boards of directors for Embraced by Grace, Walking in Love and Our Creator’s Hope.

Josh Keck
Vice President of Development

Josh is building greater community awareness, connection, and support at Embraced by Grace. He joins in the efforts to help children in foster care, especially teenagers, find forever homes. Josh is helping to develop a vision, mission, and strategy to establish a therapeutic care center that will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and families served by Embraced by Grace.

Cathy Fish
Birth Mother Liaison

Cathy serves the birthmothers who are placing their children for adoption. She also works in the business office of the agency and is the staff liaison with partners such as Orphans First.

Amber Marshall
Director of Social Services

Amber is the case manager for adopting families. She conducts home studies, assists and guides families through the adoption process. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. Amber also is involved in reaching out to churches in the community by cultivating an awareness of the need for adoption.

Trevor Collins

Director of Operations - Colorado

Trevor heads up the satellite office in Colorado. Trevor works with churches in the region to start adoption/orphan care ministries, hosting adoption awareness seminars, recruiting families to adopt with Embraced by Grace, and using adoption as a means to proclaim the Gospel. Trevor facilitates the partnership of Ellerslie Leadership Training and Embraced by Grace.

International Adoption Coordinator

Leah is currently working to establish our international adoption program.  She ensures that we stay compliant with regulations while researching laws domestically and abroad.  As we move forward with specific countries, Leah will work to set up all intercountry adoption services for families.
